We all know the best of plans can be greatly disrupted by a whole range of things: an accident, illness or unemployment might make it difficult to keep up with the bills. Positive changes like a new relationship, putting the kids through school, starting a new business or buying a new home can mean new priorities (and often more spending!).
You may well have your future mapped out, but you can never be sure of what’s around the corner.
