Overview
Using the renowned investment capabilities of Bernstein Real Estate Securities, AXA provides Australian investors with the opportunity to invest in global property securities.
Actively managed and research driven, the Wholesale Global Property Securities Fund (Hedged) (the Fund) invests in assets with strong fundamentals, cash flows and management teams. The Fund invests in companies whose underlying portfolios are diversified geographically and by property type.
The Fund will have its currency exposure managed by State Street Australia (State Street).
This Fund aims to
Provide unit holders with income and long-term capital growth and to outperform the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Total Return Index (Hedged), in Australian dollar terms after costs and over a rolling five year basis.

The Wholesale Global Property Securities Fund (Hedged) holds a diversified portfolio of global listed property securities. The fund invests predominantly in the Wholesale Global Property Securities Fund (Unhedged) and cash for liquidity purposes. Currency hedging is provided by State Street.
