Overview
The Wholesale Global Diversified Yield Fund (the Fund) is closed to new investors.
The Fund is designed to capitalise on the global investment expertise and experience of AllianceBernstein, AXA’s global investment partner.
By offering the manager a choice and range of investment decisions across global fixed interest securities, the Fund aims to outperform the UBS Warburg Bank Bill index. The fund will use an active approach to the overall level of credit, currency and duration management.

Provide unit holders with income, some long term capital growth and to outperform the UBS Bank Bill Index after costs and over a rolling three year basis.

The Wholesale Global Diversified Yield Fund (the Fund) invests predominantly in a diversified portfolio of global fixed interest securities.
Who should invest in the Fund?
The Fund suits investors who seek the potential for a regular income with some long-term capital growth and who are prepared to remain in the Fund for at least three years.
Product information update
Changes to the distribution frequency
The frequency of distributions has been changed from quarterly to yearly to prevent over distributions within the fund. Due to the global nature of the fund, the currency hedging within the fund can result in fluctuations in fund income. Should currency fluctuations result in a reduction in income, this can result in the quarterly income distributed year-to-date being too high.
These changes are reflected in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
