Overview
The Wholesale Australian Diversified Property Securities Fund (the Fund) invests predominatly in listed property securities.
This Fund aims to
Provide unit holders with income, long-term capital growth and to outperform the S&P/ASX 300 Property Trust Accumulation Index, after costs and over rolling five year periods.
What the Fund invests in?
The Fund holds predominantly listed property securities, but may also hold unlisted property securities (most of which are ‘initial public offerings’).
Who should invest in the Fund?
The Fund suits investors who seek the potential for quarterly income, with some capital growth over the long term.
Product information update - October 2006
AllianceBernstein Australia Limited (ABN 53 095 022 718, AFSL 230698) (“AllianceBernstein”), the investment manager for the Fund’s exposure to listed property securities, has established a global real estate platform branded Bernstein Real Estate Securities. As a result the Australian listed property securities strategy team will now form part of this global team.
This change will allow AllianceBernstein to utilise the investment resources, capabilities and knowledge that comes from being part of a global real estate strategy.
