Overview
The Wholesale Australian Monthly Income Fund invests chiefly in Australian first ranking mortgages, other interest bearing financial instruments and some cash, and emphasises consistency of income, taking into account prevailing market interest rates.

What the Fund invests in?
The Fund invests predominantly (and, at times, fully) in the Australian Monthly Income Fund ARSN 091 553 856 (the ‘Underlying Fund’). At those times when the Fund is not fully invested in the Underlying Fund it will (directly) hold cash. We are also the responsible entity of the Underlying Fund and responsible for its exposure to mortgage investments. Alliance Capital is also responsible for the Underlying Fund’s exposure to fixed interest securities and cash.
Who should invest in the Fund?
The Fund suits investors who seek a relatively low risk product that provides easy access to their investment and monthly interest income at competitive rates.
