Before devising a strategy to meet your financial goals, your adviser will need to look at your existing financial arrangements.

To help with preparing for your initial interview, we’ve prepared a checklist of potentially useful documents covering your income, expenses, assets and liabilities.

    • Profit and loss statements (for business income)
    • Superannuation/pension entitlements
    • Statement of other non investment income
    • Family trust distribution documents
    • Maintenance payment agreement
    • Annuity income statements
    • Current DSS benefit statements

Expenses
    • Housing (rent statements, mortgage payments, rates, water, electricity, gas, telephone, house contents insurance, repairs/maintenance, furnishings/appliances)
