AXA Finance Graduate Programme 2012
Our commitment to your future:
- Three year graduate programme with rotations every 6 months (some actuarial rotations are of 12 months duration)
- You will report directly to senior managers
- Individually tailored and financially supported development plans to help you advance
- Fortnightly meetings with leaders across the business to improve your business insight and share in their experiences
- You will receive financial and resource support for either the ICAA CA Programme or the IAAust Education Programme and other relevant studies

AXA Information Systems Graduate Programme 2012
We are proud of the success of our Information Systems programme in providing our graduates with challenging, practical work experience, which refines and extends their technical, interpersonal and leadership skills.Our commitment to your future:
- Two year programme with voluntary rotations into areas such as:
- Analysis
- Testing
- Programming
- Security
- A core curriculum is provided along with further training tailored to each individual
- Each graduate is allocated a Mentor and Buddy – to provide support, advice, and assist with graduate development.
- Individually tailored development plans to help you progress your career
- Strong Performance Environment: "We reward performance and recognise effort"
- Exposure to new processes, tools and techniques
- Opportunity to make a contribution to the community by participating in "Hearts in Action" volunteer activities with other AXA staff.
To be considered for the AXA IS graduate programme, you will be currently studying Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant IT disciplines.
