The development of future leaders through the AXA Graduate Program is consistent with our business direction of being a leader. AXA Finance Graduate Program 2009
Our commitment to your future:
- Three year graduate program with rotations every 6 months (some actuarial rotations are of 12 months duration)
- You will report directly to senior managers
- Individually tailored and financially supported development plans to help you advance
- Fortnightly meetings with leaders across the business to improve your business insight and share in their experiences
- You will receive financial and resource support for either the ICAA CA Program or the IAAust Education Program and other relevant studies

AXA Information Systems Graduate Program 2009
We are proud of the success of our Information Systems program in providing our graduates with challenging, practical work experience, which refines and extends their technical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Our commitment to your future:
- Two year program with 12 monthly rotations into two of the three key functional units:
- Product Applications
- Services Applications
- Service Management
- A core curriculum is provided along with further training which is tailored to each individual
- Each graduate is allocated a Mentor and Buddy – to provide support, advice, and assist with Graduate development.
