Application Procedure
Application Procedure
Applicants may submit an application by completing the Grant Application form. All applications must be lodged via the website.
In some cases applicants may be contacted for further information regarding an application or to request a site visit.
Application Requirements
Applicants will be required to provide information on the Grant requested including:
- how the Grant will be used
- key tasks and goals of the project
- a detailed budget of the project including income from other organisations, funds provided by the applicant, government support and total costs including salaries, rent and equipment
- measures to be used to record and evaluate outcomes of the project
- the relevant experience of those managing the project
Documentation required upon submission of application
- a copy of the certification from the ATO that the body is an income tax exempt charity
Documentation which may be requested in future
- a copy of the constitution including objectives/statement of purpose
- a copy of the most recent annual report, including the annual accounts
- a list of the members of the Board and/or management committee and their affiliations
