AXA Graduate Programme
The development of future leaders through the AXA Graduate Programme is consistent with our business direction of being a global industry leader. AXA Finance Graduate Programme 2010
Our commitment to your future:
- Three year graduate programme with rotations every 6 months (some actuarial rotations are of 12 months duration)
- You will report directly to senior managers
- Individually tailored and financially supported development plans to help you advance
- Fortnightly meetings with leaders across the business to improve your business insight and share in their experiences
- You will receive financial and resource support for either the ICAA CA Programme or the IAAust Education Programme and other relevant studies

AXA Information Systems Graduate Programme 2010
We are proud of the success of our Information Systems programme in providing our graduates with challenging, practical work experience, which refines and extends their technical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Our commitment to your future:
- Two year programme with voluntary rotations into areas such as:
- Analysis
- Testing
- Programming
- Security
- A core curriculum is provided along with further training tailored to each individual
- Each graduate is allocated a Mentor and Buddy – to provide support, advice, and assist with graduate development.
- Individually tailored development plans to help you progress your career

AXA Tech Infrastructure Graduate Programme 2010
AXA Tech operates in 22 countries serving 51 AXA businesses with a staff of 3,000 worldwide. AXA Tech provides information technology infrastructure services to around 90 per cent of Global AXA Group, managing 1 billion euros of expenditure.
The scope of operations covers the support of IT hardware and operating system software that applications depend upon to deliver a service to the AXA businesses worldwide. Examples of the type of support include network, telephony, email, internet, file and print servers, application servers, and other hardware as well as providing helpdesk and deskside support.
To be considered for AXA Tech Graduate Programme, you will be currently undertaking a Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree.

Programme Management Office Graduate Programme 2010
Graduates in the Programme Management Office (PMO) have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across different business areas, dedicated to implementing organisational change. This could include from:
- Developing and launching new products or services
- Analysing and re-designing operational processes
- Implementing legislative changes
- Designing strategic initiatives to improving customer service
